  • This isn’t a cookie cutter self-care guide. Becca tackles caring for one another from the first hand relatable perspective of being a caregiver- and also a very empathetic human. In her book and in in-person group facilitation, Becca makes this material engaging. With her six different facets of self-care, everyone can identify a more familiar self care category to try. I’m particuarly grateful she included spiritual and productive self-care, and always appreciate learning from her.
